   Sorry, Audials One doesn’t have a version for the Mac and that’s too bad.

   You’ll want to look at “Jaksta for Mac” from Applian. You can download a demo from this page.

   I am a subscriber to the Berlin Philharmonic’s streaming video concerts. The video quality is excellent. I need a software program that does well with video quality AS WELL AS PERMITTING ME TO RECORD UP TO TWO HOURS. Will your software give me what I need?

   Charles,

   I ran a quick test and Audials One records the highlight trailers and interview videos available on the http://www.berliner-philharmoniker.de and http://www.digitalconcerthall.com websites. The recordings are the exact same quality as the originals – including a high-definition clip I tried – and once they’ve been captured you can convert them to any format you need. Also, it records the video streams – rather than the on-screen video – so the downloads in Audials finish much faster than what you see on screen. I regularly record full-length movies so a two-hour plus recording time is not an issue.

   Naturally, some of the features are limited but you can try it for your self and confirm it will work with the subscription feeds and your PC.
